The roomy Double Queen suite was comfortable, the area was quiet, and the place was VERY clean. The pool is tiny, but breakfast had a decent range of choices. What I really loved was finding real plates, silverware, and coffee mugs and glasses. No Styrofoam or plastic cutlery. That matters a lot for both the environment and everyday use, so please keep it that way. Thank you for making the extra effort. For coffee, I’d just suggest real half-and-half. I know Coffee Mate is cheaper and keeps for ages because of its preservatives and highly processed ingredients, but it’s not good stuff. It’s getting harder to find hotels with the real thing, and I really appreciate a proper cup of coffee.

It’s a new, clean hotel with reasonable prices, and the woman at the front desk was nice. But the local rule seems to be $50 for checking in early after 10, and a full night’s charge for arriving before 10. I’d never come across that before. I was traveling on military orders and was surprised they wouldn’t consider waiving it. Maybe management will rethink the policy after seeing this, or maybe not. Who knows.

We loved the outdoor seating by the fireplace, and Ashley at the front desk was fantastic with our 6-year-old son. Such a great hotel. Definitely recommend it.

The staff were friendly, but I was disappointed that digital check-in never worked. I got an email the day before saying I could check in a day early so the room might be ready, but the option showed as unavailable then and again when I tried at check-in. I ended up going to the desk and paying there, even though I’d booked online with a credit card. I wasn’t charged twice, but I don’t know why the card wasn’t charged when I reserved. I also didn’t like having to pass the desk and interact with someone as soon as I walked in. I prefer checking in digitally and heading straight to my room. I chose this one because it was the newest of about four Hilton options nearby, but next time I’ll pick a different Hilton. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as beds at most Hilton hotels, and not being able to check in digitally was a letdown.
