Alamo Inn & Suites

They surprised my girls with a birthday banner and balloons in the room, which was so sweet. We’d brought the dresses and backpacks ourselves. The staff at check-in and checkout were kind and accommodating, and let us leave our car in the lot after checkout while we went to the park. We were here for my girls’ birthday and a visit to the Disney parks. The hotel is within walking distance if you’re okay with about a mile. Our two-room suite had three full-size beds and was comfortable, clean, and nice. I’d definitely recommend it for a stay near the parks or convention center.

The rooms were clean, and I liked being able to choose housekeeping every day or every other day. It’s a lovely 20-minute walk to Disneyland. Nights were quiet apart from street noise, which is to be expected, and the staff were very friendly. I had a great stay and will book here again on my next Disneyland trip.

We’ve stayed here four times and have enjoyed each visit. It’s affordable, the rooms are clean, and the staff are kind. The short trip to Disney is hard to beat. I always feel safe here and will definitely come back.

The room was updated and nice, the beds were comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. But the trip to Disney was farther than it looked. Before booking, I called the front desk to confirm the deposit and parking and was told there was no deposit and parking was free. At check-in they said there’d be a $75 holding deposit, which was annoying. The TV was another letdown: only three channels worked, so on Super Bowl day we couldn’t watch the game. I probably won’t stay again, and if I do, it’ll just be one night.
