The beds were comfortable, and the room was set up so the kids could have their own space behind a door. It could use an update, though, and we heard people walking upstairs and kids crying. We were barely in the room, so it wasn't a big deal. Disneyland is under a 15-minute walk away, with a CVS next door and IHOP across the street. We'd stay here again for another Disney trip.

For the price, it's a decent choice, but keep your expectations modest. I've stayed at six hotels near Disneyland, and this one lands somewhere in the middle, maybe a little better than similar places. If you want a really nice hotel, expect to pay about twice as much or stay farther away. The rooms are basically clean, but look like they haven't been updated in 30 years or more. The walls are paper thin, and the beds are just okay. The king bed was hard for my taste since I like soft beds, though it would probably suit most people. Amenities are all pretty bare-bones. The staff seem to deal with the same problems as other places, including people who don't want to be there. The front desk was decent, depending on who you got.

The staff were super nice, parking was included and felt pretty secure, and we got good rest even though some of the furniture looked old. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Disney entrance, with IHOP across the street and a 24-hour CVS on the corner. Housekeeping only came around two or three times a week, and I wish it had been daily. We didn't use the pool in winter, but it looked like the water might be heated. Even so, this is my first pick for future family trips to Disney.

We've stayed here for a couple of years and would recommend it to families visiting Disneyland. The rooms are clean and surprisingly roomy. Even the double Queen room had enough space for our family of four. There's no microwave in that room, but guests can use one in the lobby any time, day or night. Walking to the Disneyland entrance with a stroller takes about 10-15 minutes, depending on crowds and timing. Parking in the nearby structure is complimentary, which makes check-in and checkout easy. I believe they reserve a couple of spaces for oversized vehicles, like Sprinter vans. They sometimes run room discounts, so it's worth checking before you book somewhere else.
