California Inn

For the price, this was a great hotel. It’s close to Disney, and the staff were extremely helpful. We had a wheelchair delivered to the front desk and they handled it without any trouble. The beds suited our stay, and the renovated bathroom was nice, with water pressure that was easy to control.

We picked this place for its cute look and how close it was to Disneyland. The photos also showed bunk beds for kids. But the room was dirty when we arrived, and the walls looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. There was dirt and hair on the towels, and the shower pressure was so poor we couldn’t shower. It may look cute, but I wouldn’t recommend it.

We complained at the desk more than once. They offered a different room, but it was exactly the same. There was dust everywhere, yellow stains on every pillow, sheet, and towel, and the floor felt like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. The room was absolutely disgusting. If you care even a little about hygiene, don’t sleep here.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the room was dirty. Dust covered the light fixtures, the walls had black streaks, and there was water damage in the bathroom and moisture damage on the ceilings. There was no shower door, so water spread across the floor and I slipped. The AC was loud, and bright outdoor lights came through the window slats and made it hard to sleep. I don’t recommend staying here.
