Breakfast was much better than I expected for a free meal included with a reasonably priced booking. There were scrambled eggs, sausage patties, cereal, juice or water, and a waffle maker. It was enough to keep me going until about 4 pm. I arrived in the early hours on New Year's Eve after calling ahead to say I'd be late. The receptionist was happy to receive me, very welcoming, and made check-in easy after a long day. My room was spotless and comfortable, with fresh towels and a dispenser for soap, shampoo, and conditioner. I'd gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting a clean, comfortable place with friendly service.

They were so kind and accommodating to my autistic son. We stayed six nights in a King 1 bedroom suite, and had both a newly renovated room and a room that hadn't been renovated. The bed was honestly the most comfortable I've slept on in a hotel. Breakfast every morning included eggs, sausage, waffles, and other items. It was a great bargain for our money, and we'll definitely stay here again.

The three-queen suite gave our family real peace of mind during our three-night stay. The rooms are updated, well maintained, very clean, and stocked with toiletries and towels. Staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, and check-in was quick and easy. There was plenty to choose from at breakfast. The place felt safe, the location was great, and we felt at home.

I have stayed here several times because the location is convenient and the prices are reasonable. The staff used to be professional and polite. I especially remember Alex, a manager who was helpful and respectful. Since what seems to be a change in management, though, service has declined. Today, between 1:00-1:30 pm, an employee who said he was the manager told me my payment had not gone through and demanded I pay for the reservation again, even after I showed proof the transaction was complete. I always book through third-party platforms and haven't had problems before. Instead of checking the reservation in their system, he said I was required to call customer support myself and resolve it. While I was trying to sort that out, he scratched and inspected both sides of my ID and asked why I didn't have a Real ID. This isn't an airport security checkpoint, and a valid driver's license is enough for hotel check-in. When I asked him to stop damaging my document, he threw it back at my face, canceled my reservation, and told me to leave. I had to call the police. While we waited for the officer, he approached me several times, raised his voice, smirked, said the police wouldn't help, and called me “trash.” I'm a returning guest, and this was already my second conflict with this same employee. Previously, other staff apologized after he charged me cash for “early check-in” at 2pm. I'm not claiming anything improper, but 2pm hardly seems early for check-in. This kind of disrespect and unprofessional conduct toward guests is unacceptable. If hotel management reads this, I strongly suggest reviewing this employee's behavior because it directly damages the hotel's reputation.
