Four Points by Sheraton Anaheim

After our seven-hour drive, we found that our booking for a king bed and pull-out sofa had been replaced with two queen beds. Check-in had already taken 45 minutes because they couldn't locate our Booking.com reservation. Then, when I got into bed, I realized I was soaked in someone else's urine. I called the desk right away and was told we could change rooms the next day. No manager was available during our three-day stay, despite repeated attempts to reach one. The next room was cleaner, but it had no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash, and not enough towels. There was still no manager at checkout, and Booking.com couldn't get a response after trying several times. They refunded us $11.66 for lying in urine. Completely unsanitary and unacceptable. Never again.

During my three-night business trip, the front desk team was kind, friendly, and attentive. I made a few requests, and the women there followed up quickly to make sure they were handled. Special thanks to Daisy and Teresa. Their warm smiles and real willingness to help made my Anaheim trip worthwhile.

Being so close to Disneyland made getting to the parks on foot easy, which was a big plus. We could hear some freeway noise, but with the door shut I barely noticed it, though I'm a heavy sleeper. Parking was also easy and stress-free. I'd read recent reviews mentioning noise and cleanliness, so I was a little nervous. When we arrived, though, the hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and our room felt comfortable and well-kept. There's no free breakfast, but the coffee stand has grab-and-go options. You can also buy the buffet for about $20 if you want a bigger meal. We had a great stay and would consider coming back.

The sofa bed setup was awful. We booked a king room with a pull-out sofa, but it was just a foam topper with a flat sheet, no proper comforter. The window covering didn't block the bright morning sun, and our room right by the highway was extremely noisy. When I went to the lobby late at night to ask for pillows or another blanket, nobody was there. We'd expected a great fit because of the hotel's proximity to Disneyland. We got back late from the park with exhausted kids ready to sleep, and left as soon as we woke up.
