Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Anaheim by IHG

The front desk service was the best part of my stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites Anaheim. Hussain was patient, understanding, and professional, and went out of his way from the moment I arrived to make things easy and pleasant. His warm attitude left a real impression. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the staff were friendly throughout. Hussain is a real asset to the Holiday Inn team. I’d gladly stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Anaheim. Thanks for a great experience.

The staff were the highlight, from the front desk to housekeeping and the kitchen team. Everyone was so helpful and kind, and we’ll stay here again on our next Disneyland trip. We were there for five days, and everything was super clean. The rooms and motel were nice, the pool was heated, and the hot tub was clean. It took us about 15 minutes to walk to the start of Downtown Disney, but closer to 45 minutes to reach the parks themselves with our little ones walking.

We got back from the park on the second night exhausted, then the smoke detector started beeping loudly every two minutes. I called the front desk, and the person who answered said someone would fix it in the morning. I was expected to sleep through that? The battery was dead, and the noise was unbearable. The first room had no electricity, so the friendly check-in staff moved us to another. In that room the AC wouldn’t come on, though I eventually got it working. Those were small problems compared with the detector. I expect a clean room at a fair price from Holiday Inn, but this stay was nowhere near good. It wasn’t my very worst hotel, but far from a good one, and I won’t return if I can avoid it.

I really liked how close the hotel was to everything I needed. At the front desk, the agent greeted me with a big smile and helped me check in. I think his name was Hassan or Hussain. He showed me where the elevator was and which parking spot was closest to my room. Breakfast service was great too. The buffet was good, and they brought coffee to our table while we were getting food. Our server was Serjoe, and there was another server whose name I forgot.
