The location was perfect for our three-day family trip to Disneyland. Everything was clean, from the rooms to the facility, and felt luxurious. The staff were great too. We'd absolutely stay here again.

We tried to work the problem out with the staff, but they yelled at us and wouldn't offer any kind of refund. The people working here were so rude. Worst hotel I've ever been to. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

The receptionist made me feel safe about spending the night, and had a great vibe. Check-in was smooth, with no deposit needed, though ID and the room cost were required. I'd definitely return when I'm in the area. The room was spacious, with clean sheets and a very large bathroom where there was plenty of space to get ready. The AC worked great. There wasn't any soap for washing our hands. I'd rate it an 8 out of 10.

The room was fairly clean and spacious, and we didn't see any roaches or bedbugs. Knott's and Disney are both close by, which made this a pretty good motel for our stay. The receptionist was really nice, and so were the ladies who cleaned the rooms. I felt a little bad that the man at reception had waited until around 1:00 in the morning for us to arrive. I'd definitely plan to come back.

The man who helped us was very polite, especially considering how late it was, and customer service was great. He was hospitable and understanding when we pointed out the room issues. Still, there were small roaches and some light graffiti on the bedsheets, so I wouldn't stay here again.
