Residence Inn at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center

The rooms gave everyone space to get ready and spread out without feeling cramped, which we loved. We had never stayed on the ground floor before, and we'll definitely request that again. The bathroom lighting was great for makeup, and there was an extra large light-up mirror in the kitchen hallway with a shelf underneath. The pull-out bed had a foam mattress and was more comfortable than expected. It's still a pull-out, but I slept fine on it without major back issues, and so did my mother-in-law. The walk to the park wasn't bad either. This was our first time staying off Disney property, and we loved it so much we won't waste money on their hotels again. The rooms were spacious and very clean, the staff friendly, and breakfast had a delicious variety so everyone could find something. The bathrooms near the buffet were impeccable, clearly thanks to thorough cleaning. It was a great stay, and we'll definitely be back!

The location and lobby feel were the only perfect parts. The place looks and feels nice at check-in, but the room was a letdown. We were given a tiny corner room, not the type we'd booked. The woman at the desk was incredibly rude when we asked about other options. They put us on the first floor next to a staff door that kept slamming and the elevator control room. Mechanical noises filled the room the whole stay. We put up with it rather than lose Disney time moving rooms again. At checkout I told someone about it, and she showed no concern. The rooms are banged up and need refreshing after years of wear on the walls, even though things look modern. The parking fee is ridiculous for the price of the hotel. Breakfast was just okay. Waffles were best, but the eggs and meat were gross. It was also disappointing that my husband arranged something for my birthday and they didn't do it.

We've just booked our family's third stay here. The rooms are roomy enough for all six of us, and having the full-size fridge and kitchenette saves money on meals. Breakfast is delicious, stays fresh, and is kept fully stocked. Once we've eaten, it's an easy 10-minute walk to the parks. The hotel and rooms are always clean, and the staff are friendly.

The room was spacious and had a kitchenette, and the location worked well for Disneyland and everything else. Breakfast was good, and room service went above and beyond. But billing became stressful. The third party charged me before check-in on March 29, 2026, then the hotel charged me at checkout on April 6, even though we stayed April 2-6. It took work with the banks, third party, and merchants to sort out. Then on May 7, 2026, the hotel charged my card again for a check-in and checkout on the same day, when I was at work in AB, Canada. Luckily, I checked my email the next day and contacted them right away. Christian Gomez helped me resolve it and spoke with the finance team. They returned the money to my account within a few business days. I appreciate how quickly Mr. Gomez handled it.
