After nearly two years living at Vivere, I still value the spacious floor plans, decent parking, small, quiet community, good location, little to no loitering, and responsive, caring management. Those are my main priorities. I've considered newer buildings since I usually like newer interiors, but nearby communities often have parking problems, thin noisy walls, pet odors, and very high prices. Peace and cleanliness matter more to me than looks, so Vivere works best for us. I do wish the shared areas, especially the trash rooms, halls, and stairways, were cleaner. I'm hopeful, though, since anywhere we live can improve.

Jimmy came out on a Sunday to fix my apartment's garbage disposal and stayed until he was sure it was working. He was on time, professional, efficient, and friendly, and explained everything clearly. Jimmy came to fix our AC after we requested help two days earlier. He quickly figured out what was going on and got it fixed in a timely way. Very helpful and friendly, thanks Jimmy! :)

Juan and Alex were professional and helpful, and I look forward to seeing their friendly faces around. Management was flexible and understanding during my move-in. Maintenance got back to me within a day and immediately fixed a few very small issues. The unit was in great condition when I moved in.

We've been here almost three years and are satisfied. Kitsia is often the first person we see when we come in, always smiling and friendly. My daughter runs over to say hi whenever she spots her. Kitsia is also quick to send maintenance when we need something. The maintenance team is excellent. Alex, Juan, and Gerry are helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, and attentive. The Flats crew, Audrey, Jason, Mallory, and Stephanie, are great too. When the Loft office is closed, they step in and help. We really appreciate all of you.
