I found myself needing a place at the last minute after scheduling problems with my reserved long-term stay. The room was great, with a comfy big bed, a cute bathroom, makeup cloths, TV, fridge, microwave, and Keurig. I felt safe and could relax in a city I didn't know. The ladies were so sweet and helpful, and even let me check out later for free, just to make things easier. There's also a coffee shop downstairs, which was great. I recommend this place. Thanks for being so kind!

The service was fabulous, and the hotel was mostly clean. It felt a bit like an upscale hostel, but for the price it was nice enough and I'd stay again. The carpet could use some work. After a leak in the room, they moved me promptly. The replacement had a larger bed in the same size room, so there was less space to move around.

The location was great and felt quite safe, and the lobby staff were very friendly. The cafe there has a good selection of coffee and breakfast food. Our room had cute interiors, a microwave, a mini fridge, and hot water. We had no complaints and would recommend it. Don't let the two stars fool you, the amenities are great.

I booked online at the last minute for a night in Anchorage and quickly got a text explaining how to enter my room without visiting the front desk. It was past normal desk hours, and the first room had some issues. I called the after-hours number, got a quick answer, and was moved to a great room. In the morning, I confirmed I could check out without going to the desk. Very convenient, with amazing service even though I never met the staff. I'd definitely stay again.

I've stayed at the Highliner a few times, and this was my best visit yet. Having both AC and a ceiling fan in the room was a plus. The ladies who took our call and helped us get into the room were quick to respond and very nice. We'll definitely be back!
