This was our first family stay at Home2 Suits Hilton Anchorage. Everyone, from the lobby staff to the housekeepers and other workers, was kind and accommodating. The rooms were spotless and brand new. It's family-friendly, and the kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was superb too. Shout-out to “Tyler” for always going above and beyond with his service.

The place was clean and comfortable, but safety matters more to me. My car was broken into, around $2,000 worth of things were taken, and the inside of the vehicle was damaged. There are no cameras covering the parking lot. I called the police, but they didn't seem to care, and neither did the hotel staff. If family or friends are staying in the area, I'd suggest somewhere safer. If you're considering booking here, know your car could be broken into or stolen.

The complimentary breakfast was hands down the best I've ever had. The rooms are spacious and feel contemporary, and the hotel stands out from its neighbors with no comparison. The neighborhood isn't great, though the location is convenient.

The location is very convenient for the area, but there's plenty that needs attention. My old bed was extremely uncomfortable, with a big dip in the middle of the mattress. The gym is beat up, the equipment isn't maintained, and there's no water there. The Wi-Fi is unreliable too. My biggest problem was that they never cleaned my room during the four days I stayed.

A great family-friendly place, with nice ways to relax during your stay. The employees are professional and eager to help with whatever you need. There are plenty of good places to eat and visit within walking distance. I'd stay here again.
