The only thing that spoiled the night was the LG AC unit. It sounded like a rattling jet plane about to drop its parts, the worst racket I’ve heard from a motel unit. It finally settled down a bit hours into the night. After that, things were quiet. My room smelled clean, the TV worked, and the bed was comfortable. Someone had said the area was bad, but I didn’t see anyone hanging around or feel unsafe, even as a senior woman traveling alone. Breakfast is available too. I’m taking off one star for the AC.

The neighborhood wasn’t the nicest, but we felt safe. The complimentary shuttle from the airport and train depot was much appreciated, and everyone was kind and willing to accommodate us however they could.

A no-frills motel with good service, close to the ARR train station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s a convenience store for water and a Wendy’s within walking distance. Once you’ve arrived with your luggage, call the motel and press zero. They’ll send a shuttle to pick you up right away. Please tip the shuttle staff!

I arrived at 10:30am, and they picked me up at the airport. Since my room wasn’t ready yet, they let me leave my luggage at the hotel office, drove me downtown to spend some time, then came back to get me. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were great. Hard to ask for more. Thanks again.
