The website said breakfast was available, and I chose this place because it was near the funeral and included breakfast. There’s nowhere nearby to eat, so I figured even with the bad reviews, a meal would make it worth it. Then I saw “Breakfast under construction.” What does that mean? They advertise something they don’t provide. The room itself was horrible: only one light worked, the heater was super loud, there was a broken chair and no desk, and it smelled. I called corporate, got transferred to nowhere the first time, then found out on my second call that the people I needed weren’t there and didn’t open until 7 Arizona time. I’ll never use this company again. I hope they go out of business.

The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on, and I woke up with breathing problems because the room smelled of mildew or mold. There was rust and dirt everywhere. No one was at the front desk, and breakfast at 7am was a joke. There was nothing there. My first room was handicapped, which I hadn’t requested. I had to switch immediately because the toilet was clogged, and there were dirty cleaning rags left behind with the bed messy and unmade. The replacement room was handicapped too. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!

The staff were nice, and security was good. They talked about how new the place was. The water system was very good, with solid pressure and temperature, so it seemed well maintained. The TV usually worked. One side of the bed was fairly comfortable.

This was a cheap place, and you get what you pay for. It was kind of gross, with weird sticky patches on the floor, a random red spot, and splashes of something on the wall by the bed. If you just want somewhere warm and inexpensive to sleep, this is the spot for you.
