Once we got inside, the Jules was quite nice and clean, though the building looked a little run down from outside and had made me skeptical. The bedroom smelled a bit musty, like something had gotten wet, and the street was very loud with traffic and seagulls. Otherwise the location was good, with lots of restaurants and breweries within walking distance. I stayed for a weekend.
