Quality Inn Andalusia

We arrived around 10pm, and I found a bed bug in the pillowcase while checking the bed, which I always do. I called the front desk. They offered another room, but I asked for a refund and went to another hotel down the road. The manager was nice and handled things okay, though he didn’t believe us. The next morning I called to make sure the refund was coming. The woman working said I had the wrong place and that they don’t have bed bugs. When I told her I had it on video and could prove it was their hotel, she hung up. The bathrooms were gross, and the customer service was awful. Please stay somewhere else. Not clean.

The rooms were nice and clean, though a little dated. The bed and pillows were clean and soft.

Quality in doesn’t have much quality. I’m a contractor, so I know what quality should look like, and this place isn’t it. The TV was 32 inches and not even 720p, WiFi was slow, and neither the coffee pot nor the main phone worked. The bathroom phone did, lol. The toilet barely flushed, and the bathroom fan was very loud. The popcorn ceiling in the bathroom was falling off. I asked for two queen beds, but they were clearly two full-size beds.

Rooms are dirty and gross, and there’s no service, so why put stars there? The location is alright, though I wish there was an Arby’s nearby. Save your money and don’t come.
