Getting upstairs with my luggage was tough because there’s no elevator. The location is handy, close to most things and just off the interstate, and the price was reasonable, though the place needs work. The room was fairly clean and the bed was comfortable, but it clearly had been smoked in over and over. Nicotine stains were on the furniture and floor, and Febreze couldn't clear the smell. The couch hadn't been wiped down, the tub had obvious burn marks, and the linens felt stiff and scratchy. The longer-term residents in the lower section were obnoxious, arguing and fighting outside. My pre-check-in didn't go through, so I had to check in again when I arrived. The remote didn't work either, and I had to get a replacement. I couldn't connect any streaming services to the TV, which was disappointing. I also couldn't book the room with the Jacuzzi tub. The microwave and refrigerator worked.

I enjoyed staying here because you can walk to the lake. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a walk-in shower and a bed that felt just right, not too hard or soft. The front desk staff were kind and made check-in easy. Jennifer was especially helpful and nice. Thanks!

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the location felt sketchy. At night, I saw several girls who looked clearly underage walking in from the highway to meet men. The internet didn't work, so this isn't a good choice if you work remotely. Housekeeping seemed rushed and sloppy, though I think staff may be timed and don't blame them for that. Our bedding was stained, like dried blood. Breakfast is complimentary, but there was no juice with the continental spread.

Jennifer at the front desk was so nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was really comfortable. I'd come back and tell people how wonderful this hotel was :)

Just a pretty regular stay, but we didn't have enough towels. There were five of us and only one face towel, so we had to go to the office to get more ourselves.
