Motel 6 Anderson, IN - Indianapolis

For the price, it’s the best deal in town. The beds are comfortable, the TVs are large, and the bedding and towels are very clean. Housekeepers do a great job and work hard, and the staff are friendly and willing to help if you’re in a pinch. There’s laundry service, a vending machine, and unlimited fresh coffee in the morning.

I stayed four nights so I could be with my daughter in the delivery room when my grandson was born. Every night was quiet and restful, and I especially appreciated that the water stayed hot for the very hot baths I like. The room was clean, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. My daughter was in heavy labor the first night, so I called to say my son would come get a key and feed my rabbit since I couldn’t make it over myself. They handled that without any problem. I’d stay here again.

The low price didn’t make up for how unpleasant the room was. It reeked of smoke, the carpet was filthy, the curtains were stained, and the place felt unclean. I wasn’t comfortable letting my toddler sleep in that smell, so I couldn’t finish my stay. The front desk understood when I asked for a full refund, but we’re still waiting for it to show up in the account. I don’t recommend staying here.

I was there for a week and my room got serviced only once. The carpet was filthy throughout the building, there was trash everywhere, and the back entrance was broken and unsecured. My own door wouldn’t close right unless I forced it. There was blood on the bathroom doorframe, dogs barked constantly, and people yelled all night. This place sucks. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.
