The staff were kind and helpful throughout, including the woman who checked us out and the guy in the lobby who helped when we went looking for a sweet snack around 3 a.m. Check-in was quick and simple, and I liked the small, cozy rooms, the really comfortable beds, and being able to use our streaming services. We didn’t hear noise from the hall or other rooms, either. My boyfriend and I booked yesterday for Valentine's Day, and we’ll come back. I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels, especially for my daughter’s cheer events, and had no complaints here besides a couple of things. Our door locked us out about 10 minutes before checkout, so we needed help getting the rest of our bags. The west-facing side door kept sticking, and the awning above it looked like it might be falling.

The bed was really comfortable, and although the room was small, we didn’t need much space. There were lots of breakfast choices, but the sausage links and eggs could use some work. We booked on a whim for a visit to the nearby casino because this place had the best reviews among hotels close to it. The hotel was clean and modern, with a pool table in the lobby and plenty of interesting seating if you want to work or study. The staff were friendly.

Gage at the front desk made our group feel so welcome. He was a very nice, personable young man and an absolute joy. The other male front desk worker I met was rude and snarky, though. I loved my room, and we really appreciated Gage. 💕

I like staying here, even though I’m surprised the reviews are so low. It’s definitely one of the better hotels around. The staff are always friendly, and there’s free breakfast, a pool, and plenty of parking. The rooms are a little small, but not bad.

The place was excellent, but Nicole at the front desk is what really made our stay. Priceline had mixed up our reservation and left us without one, and she was patient, kind, compassionate, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond and saved my kids’ birthday. I’ll always be grateful to her. She’s an angel!
