Sima in the breakfast area was phenomenal, and Sthephani, Estefani, and Jaralyn also stood out for their awesome, accommodating customer service. We had a great experience and would stay again without hesitation. Highly recommend it.

I was here for three weeks and had a comfortable, enjoyable stay. The rooms were consistently clean, and breakfast had decent options. Right off I-93, the location was convenient, and Tai was especially helpful at check-in. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating throughout.

The breakfast was very good, and the place was clean and a great value. We called on two different days to arrange early check-in for a wedding and were told it was all set, but when we arrived, they said the room wouldn't be ready until the regular check-in time. Aside from that, everything was great.

The location worked really well for our family. Restaurants, stores, and pharmacies were only a short drive away, with a few good restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was also great for kids. We were there for a swim meet, and the staff even opened breakfast early after hearing about our schedule. That helped us and other swimmers on our team a lot. We had a spacious, immaculate room with everything my two children and I needed for the long meet weekend. Check-in was easy, and we got extra towels. From the GM and front desk to housekeeping, maintenance, and breakfast, everyone was warm and kind to me and the kids. Fenil, Tai, Estefani, Lou, the breakfast staff, and the women who helped me with an ice pack at 2:30 a.m. all made us feel cared for. I've stayed in plenty of hotels for work, sports, and leisure, and the customer service here was the best I've had. Our stay was easy and peaceful. This was Homewood Suites Andover, and I'd happily come back for a swim meet, other sports, business, or leisure. Thank you for an amazing stay for my family.
