We used to make this our family's regular place to stay in the area, but the cleaning standards have really slipped. Maybe housekeeping management or training has changed. When our three-year-old had an accident, we asked for the sheets to be changed during cleaning and were assured they would be. They weren't. We also had no bathroom soap, and the TV wasn't working properly. We found out about all of this when we got back from our day out at bedtime. The front desk staff were great and helped us through the problems by moving us to another room. But that room had its own issues: the shower shampoo and conditioner were empty, and there were ants in the bathroom. We have always liked staying here, so hopefully they can get back on track. For now, we'll look at other options.

I could hear every footstep and sound from the people above me. That's not their fault, but this place is so outdated that I'd only stay if I were guaranteed the top floor. Only a few parts of the room, like the bathroom mirror and shower, seemed renovated. The carpet felt filthy, so I wore socks and slides everywhere. I also found a huge black spider as soon as I checked in. That should've been my cue to leave. Never again.

We had a quiet, comfortable two-queen suite and would gladly stay again. The beds were comfortable, the hot water was good, and the air conditioning worked well. The hotel was very clean and looked like the photos, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was standard, and parking was free. There were signs in the lobby and elevator about quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. I guess families with kids often stay here, but we didn't notice any noise, so it was all good.

The pool was closed, which was a bummer for our kids. We'd called ahead to check that it was open, but they had a last-minute emergency. Everything else was great, especially the employees, who were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The room had no hot water when we arrived because the circulator pump had failed. It wasn't fixed until after 10:00pm. I also had to go back to the front desk because there was no hand soap, shampoo, or coffee cups in the room. After I explained, the desk person greeted me with, “what do you want now,” then gave me a few items. I finally got to shower the next morning, but the hot water took literally 20 minutes to reach the room, unlike at other Marriott hotels. Breakfast was awful too, with watery scrambled eggs and a toaster that didn't toast. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this was a bit extreme. There were other issues, but that's enough.
