It was a nice stay and good for the price, especially being so close to Boston. The room had the basics and everything we needed. Front desk staff were friendly, and they responded quickly on Airbnb. They allow pets and have reasonable fees for the costs. The only odd thing was that the light switches were outside the bathroom. I'd stay again.

The second room didn't have bugs, and the staff switched us over right away without asking questions, which I appreciated. But the floors around the hotel weren't cleaned or vacuumed well, and the place looked a bit dirty. We found a centipede and other bugs that guests had killed in the first room. Pets are allowed, so I know that can make keeping a place clean harder, but it still wasn't what I expected. The hotel is older, and the reviews had made me think it would be a bit more upscale. If you're looking for something affordable, go for it. For a nicer stay, maybe look elsewhere. I don't think we'll return.

The hotel sits right off Route 93, at Exit 42, and the staff at reception were always friendly and ready to answer questions. The rooms were very clean, and the room service seemed to do a good job. There are two restaurants within walking distance, Chateau and Chilli's, as well as a Mobil gas station. Breakfast was pretty good for the price, especially the make-your-own waffle machine. I don't use pools or gyms, so I can't comment on those. I'd give the stay 4.5 out of 5 and will definitely be back.

The man who checked us in on Christmas night was great: kind, helpful, and even tried to upgrade us for free because I'm a rewards member. Then around 7 a.m., a man got into our room. My husband chased him down and confronted him. He said we were going downstairs to call the police, and they argued. At the front desk, the man yelled that my husband had threatened to assault him, then ran out a side exit. That never happened. The front desk woman protected him, and police are looking for the man. We've been Wyndham members for 11 years, but the hotel kicked us out after this, even though we were the ones whose room had been entered. Brianna, Breanna, however you spell it, the front side clerk, repeatedly lied to the GM, saying we refused to leave and that my husband threatened the man. We left willingly. I only wanted my rewards points back for a future stay. Even the police were shocked they had kicked us out. Very shady business, and after how we were treated, I would never recommend this place.
