Even with our room right across from the elevator, it stayed quiet, and the bed was super comfortable. The Inn was spotless all the way from the lobby to the room, and the front desk staff were really friendly and helpful. The setting was beautiful too.

The campus is pretty, and we could walk into town from the Inn. It also worked well as a central base for getting to all the Massachusetts stops on our itinerary. After each day out, it was a lovely place to come back to and relax. The hotel was quiet and clean, and the staff were really kind.

I booked through their website for three people, but the room only had a king bed. Nobody at the hotel offered a fix. Pretty poor effort 👌

Our vow renewal turned out exactly how we wanted, thanks to everyone at the Inn. As someone from the hospitality industry, I can be a bit more particular, and the service still went above what I expected. The venue, event space, staff, and Inn all made for one of the best experiences I've had. Kathryn was our bartender, and every guest was raving about her. She's a keeper :) The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and all had their own character. My guests had plenty of compliments about where they stayed. Nicolette was phenomenal to work with, and Michael did a wonderful job covering for her during maternity leave. Paul looked after most of the guests as well as my room/suite. He was kind, informative, accommodating, and easy to talk to whenever I had a concern. Thank you to everyone who helped make the weekend so special!
