Unit 310 was clean, and everything worked, including the appliances, grill, and heater. There were eight of us, and the two-bedroom, two-bath setup gave us plenty of room, with two twin sofa beds in the loft and a king sofa bed in the living room. It’s an easy walk to the ski lift, so this is a great spot for skiing. Just know the unit is on the third floor with no elevator. My husband and two able-bodied boys handled hauling our things upstairs, so it wasn’t a problem for us. We’d stay here again when we’re back in the area.

We really liked Unit 203 and would stay again. It’s a short walk to the ski lift, and there’s a free sled hill beside the building that’s open around the clock. On arrival, I was annoyed to find the approach to our door piled with plastic-covered items. The next day I realized there was construction next door, so I figured the hallway was being used for storage and decided to let it go. I hope that area is clear next time.

The lack of response from management is what would stop me booking this unit again. We kept checking in about the dishwasher note on the fridge, which said it was leaking onto the kitchen floor, and got the same answer each day: the issue had been assigned to Franchesco and they’d ask why it hadn’t been handled. Nobody followed up, even after the receptionist marked our last-night message urgent and said we’d hear back within 30 minutes. We never did. Since restaurants were closed or not serving dine-in because of COVID restrictions, we needed to cook. We washed dishes by hand all week, without dish towels, washcloths, or scrubbers, and the garbage disposal backing up in the sink made us realize there was probably a drain blockage too. One reason we chose this place was the dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer. The layout and proximity to the ski lift were appealing, but check-in was a mess. At 4:00 pm the key wasn’t in the lockbox. After calling, we waited about an hour for property management to open it, then another hour for them to return with a key. The recliner shown in the listing was broken, leaving little seating in the living area. Some vertical blinds had come off, and their top header was broken; both were left in a corner. There weren’t outlets in the bedrooms, so charging a phone overnight was difficult. The advertised Wi-Fi didn’t work either. Also, pack light. Getting luggage up three flights of stairs was harder than I expected.

We stayed in 201A, and the directions were so bad it took us about an hour and a half to find it. The beds were rock hard, the pillows flat, and we were given just one roll of toilet paper. Internet wouldn’t connect, and while a TV in the second bedroom isn’t essential, its absence was a letdown. This was the only condo in the complex without elevator access, which was a real problem for someone in our group who was disabled. We also had to strip the sheets, wash the dishes, and take out the trash ourselves. I don’t mind cleaning up after myself, but that felt petty, especially with what came across as a threat if we didn’t do it. For this price in summer, there are much better and more updated options.
