We liked the hot tub and had a pleasant stay with kind, friendly staff. Our room was clean and roomy, although the hallway carpet could use an update. Breakfast wasn’t very good, so I’d look for a local restaurant instead.

From booking through checkout, the customer service was outstanding. The hotel and our room were both very clean. I highly recommend it, and it’s become our go-to when we’re in the area.

The pool was cool, the hot tub was hot, and both were clean. Dawn on the night shift was very friendly, and the man at checkout was nice too. Everything else was good and the service was excellent. I asked for another bath towel, but all they had was a floor towel for stepping out of the shower. They need to do laundry or get more towels. I’d definitely stay again.

After 20 hours of plowing snow, I stopped here around 2 a.m. on Sunday because I didn’t feel safe driving home. Check-in went fine, but in the morning I found bed bugs in the room. For a month afterward, I tried at least six times to speak with a manager. Each time, staff said one would call, but nobody did. I’ve given up trying to reach them and am leaving this review instead. The rooms were disgusting and there was no accountability. I’d recommend staying elsewhere.
