We got a room as walk-ins for one night, since only a few hotels had good reviews. It was a great price, parking was easy, and getting to and from the major roads was simple. We were on the fourth floor, while remodeling was going on below us on the third, but it didn't bother us. The room and king bed were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. There was no bulb in the lamp beside my husband's bed, but we didn't need it and mentioned it at checkout. A rusty water stain ran down one shower wall near the handrail. We didn't use the exercise room, pool, or hot tub. My husband tested the water in both, saying the pool was freezing and the hot tub only somewhat warm. Breakfast was okay: the potatoes weren't crispy and the hard-boiled eggs were very hard to peel, something I haven't run into at other hotels. The muffins, omelets, and apples we took for the car were good. We'd stay again if we were in the area.

After a 14-hour drive from Kansas City, I rolled in close to 4 a.m. The front desk clerk was incredibly kind, took my walk-in booking, upgraded me to a suite, gave me complimentary water, and put me on the ground floor so I wouldn't have to haul all my luggage upstairs. That check-in alone made the stay, and the woman at the desk the next morning quickly got me back into my room after I accidentally locked myself out. The room was very clean for a regular hotel, quiet all night, and everything worked: the fridge was cold, the AC ran, and the shower was fine. The hot tub was fantastic, too. I didn't get to breakfast or use the gym or laundry, though those facilities looked decent. There's nothing I'd change about this stay. Both people at the desk deserve a raise. There are plenty of hotels around, but I'd pick this one again if I'm back in the area. 10/10.

A good stay for the price. The room was spotless, nicely decorated, and fairly quiet. Breakfast was just so-so. I also wish the shower had wall-mounted soap like the shampoo, since the tiny hand soap wasn't much to use. Otherwise, no complaints.

We had a nice one-night stay, though the grounds could use some attention. Weeds have overtaken the foundation plantings, and the parking lot islands need upkeep. The younger woman at check-in wasn't very personable. Then, around 10 a.m. Friday at checkout, there was nobody at the desk. I expect better service there.

I really needed a break, and I'm grateful I got one here. Loved the location and fitness center, and Rachel was wonderful at both check-in and checkout. The pool was great, too. Rachel and the pool are why I plan to come back. 🙏❤️
