The staff were kind and helpful, and the rooms were large with super-soft sheets. The bathroom was spotless, and the lobby was clean and nicely furnished. The pool was nice, though a little warm for my taste. Breakfast was good, but if you arrive after 9:20 they don’t refill it. I don’t blame them, though it’s useful to know. There were a few unpleasant smells around, which I think came from food being cooked in rooms. Good hotel for the price.

The location made it easy to get around Hannibal, with restaurants, stores, and local attractions nearby. I found the Quality Inn quiet and felt safe there. Breakfast was a convenient, fresh start to the morning. Staff were welcoming and helpful from arrival, and check-in was quick. My room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable, with a cozy bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. It was good value for the price, and I’d stay again or recommend it to someone visiting Hannibal, Missouri.

Under new management, this was a great place at a good price. The rooms were comfortable, everything was very clean, and the staff were nice. The spacious breakfast area had a really good selection. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re in the area.

The people here were the best part of my stay. Every staff member was kind, professional, and genuinely ready to help, going out of their way without waiting to be asked. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome, remembered my name, and treated me like family. It felt like real care. My room was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and more comfortable than home. The sheets were wonderfully soft, the pillows just right, and everything smelled fresh. Even the lighting and temperature felt right, and it was peaceful at night. The modern amenities were well maintained and laid out, from the lobby and breakfast area to the common spaces, all warm and relaxing without feeling stuffy. I came needing rest and peace, and left refreshed and happy, already thinking about coming back. The whole stay felt luxurious and welcoming, and this place sets a high standard for hospitality. 10/10, five stars isn’t enough. 🌟
