The rooms were spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff treated us like family. The architecture and décor are stunning, and the Organ Mountains view from the property is hard to beat. For a place that feels like New Mexico, this is it. Don't miss a sunset drink at Azul, the atmosphere is top-tier. I'll definitely be back!

We had a great time at a birthday party for about 40 people in one of the ballrooms. The room was very nice, and both the bartenders and servers were polite. The food was delicious and the drinks were good. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an event space.

It took several days before I could speak with anyone, then several more to get the proposal by email for my daughter's Quinceanera. Hotel Encanto offered to waive the venue fee if we spent at least $9,000 on food and drinks. I couldn't believe it. Even if all 120 guests ate from the moment they arrived until they left and drank until they passed out on the floor, I don't think we'd come close to that amount. Anyone looking for a venue should beware of this kind of stupidity at Hotel Encanto de Las Cruces.

I attended a training conference and had an awesome experience. This was probably one of the best hotels I've had the chance to visit. Shout-out to Alex, who was outstanding in every way.

Feb 14 - Feb 15, Room 464. The bed was comfortable, and the room seemed clean when we arrived, but there were problems. A party was happening a few doors down, so I called the front desk. They never shut it down, and it went on until 2 a.m. There was loud traffic on Telshor, as if people were drag racing. In the morning, sugar ants were on the bed, desk, and window sill. The coffee mugs were dirty, with lipstick and coffee stains, like they hadn't been washed. The $25.00 resort fee got us two bottles of water and K-pods.
