We checked in quickly and got our keys without much wait. I had used the early check-in option, but the desk clerk couldn't see any record of it, so that didn't help. The lobby is beautiful, and the room was very nice with comfortable beds. I could've used another blanket, but folding the one I had kept me warm. We arrived late and left early, so there wasn't time to try the pool, workout room, or free breakfast. There were lots of amenities, though, and the price was reasonable. Our room was near the exit and there was a little noise, but it didn't bother me. I booked easily through the Experion app and would stay again.

After an eight-hour drive, we rolled in around 2am without a reservation and were glad to find a vacancy and a friendly, accommodating clerk. The room was another story. It felt like an upscale prison cell, with a basic truck-stop-style bathroom. It wasn't very clean or cozy, and there was hair and splooge on the sheets. The place badly needs fresh paint and a remodel, and it looked nothing like the photos.

Breakfast had a good range of choices and tasted good. Our room was clean and quiet, and the beds were somewhere between soft and firm. Traffic around the hotel is awful, but there's a traffic light, which makes getting in and out doable. I'd definitely stay again.

The front desk team saved our spring break trip. Two families were traveling together, and we wanted rooms next to each other. I called after booking to check that we'd be neighbors, and was told it was all set, but when the second family arrived, we were on completely different floors. They couldn't fix it that night. The next morning, though, they let us move right beside the other family. The staff were amazing. Thank you!
