Residence Inn Ann Arbor North

We booked here to be near my family, but we're not happy at all. There's a lot of noise, and you can hear everything from outside inside. The elevator has been broken since we arrived Tuesday and still hasn't been fixed. We had to move from the third floor to the second and are still using the stairs. There are plenty more bad things about this hotel. I wouldn't recommend it, especially for families with kids.

Vicky checked us in and was absolutely fantastic. The room was clean, too. Wow, customer service still exists after COVID! Thanks again, Vicky, for being so amazing. ⭐️

The rooms were really nice, and the hotel itself was pretty big. There was lots of space around the nice pool, though the water was kind of cold. Apart from that, I'd rate the hotel 90 out of 100.

We had a perfect stay for a Michigan football game, and we'll definitely book here next time we're in Ann Arbor. The ride to the stadium picks up next door at the double tree and costs $1.50 per adult and $.75 per child. The hotel is family friendly, dog friendly, and very clean, with friendly staff. There's a nature walk right outside, plus a huge pool with a hot tub and a sports court. Breakfast is free and full, and the lobby is a nice place to meet or hang out. Outside, there's a fire pit, grill, and seating for eating outdoors. My son left his stuffy behind, and they mailed it to us with a few extra goodies in the box. Wonderful hotel and staff!!!!
