This is my go-to hotel, and my lady and pup have never had an issue here. The rooms are very clean, and the staff who clean them deserve thanks. I've never seen a roach, despite what some comments say. The staff are friendly and attentive, and Ms. Priyanka especially goes out of her way to make sure I have what I need in the room. I don't know the other staff members' names yet, but they're nice too. It's affordable and in a nice location, so for me it's a 10/10. The shower gets so hot it could burn your butt cheeks 😅. The parking lot is usually clean and clear; some guests smoke along the side of the building, which might get old if that bothers you, but it hasn't been much of a problem for me. The internet has given me trouble connecting, though I don't mind using my phone's Hotspot. The TV works, HBO gives me something good to watch, the elevators work, and the washers and dryers are free. The fitness area is clean and never too crowded. The maintenance man and one of the maids helped me move out of their own kindness, apart from management and Guest Services. God bless them. I wish I'd asked the maintenance man's name. He went above and beyond, and I wanted to hug him, but he was already heading out, so I gave him an air hug. Another man whose name I don't know helped carry a package. There was one woman who was always nice and knew me without asking for my ID, which I appreciated. Some of the younger staff were dismissive and seemed not to like me, so I mostly stayed in my room to avoid them. I'm here for safety from bad family members, staying Dec 17 to Jan 19, with two weeks left. When I had problems that needed reasonable solutions, the front desk was dismissive and management was unavailable. I have chronic pain and limited mobility, and the hotel never resolved my need for hot bath water, which was my only relief. I'm grateful for the hot shower in my new room, though I have to sort of lie on the floor to use it. The carpets feel concerning to walk barefoot on, though I suspect hotel rugs are all nasty and don't know if there's a standard for washing them. Let's hope there is. A live roach turned up after I left my original room. Sorry, bug, you're in heaven now. The provided pots and pans stick and burn everything, so don't make pudding in them, bring your own cookware. On New Year's Eve I was told the gazebo was shut down but they wouldn't stop me going out there. There were no chairs or tables, and since I can't sit in one anyway, I sat on the ground with a pillow. The place feels dirty, though I don't blame the maids. Things don't seem to be checked before you move in. Even the can opener may or may not work, about a 50/50 chance it's broken. As I'm writing this I'm still here for a couple more weeks, so hopefully I don't get too much shit for the review. Okay, bye!

Priyanka Patel in guest services is professional, kind, and willing to work with you. The cleaning staff and maintenance team are professional too, and go out of their way to take care of what you need. I find this a great place to relax.

This may be the worst hotel I've ever visited. The hallway had a baby screaming, one wall looked like it had black mold, and our room door appeared to have been kicked in recently. Inside and out, the place was filthy. The carpet was dirty, and both windows were unlocked. I expected to see a chalk outline in the room. We didn't even stay, yet they refused to refund us. I can't understand how this place has a 4.0 rating. Run far away!
