Spark by Hilton Duluth

We checked in on the app, reached the room, and immediately left because it was disgusting inside. The front desk couldn't help and the manager was nowhere to be found. Someone from the hotel texted that the manager would need to approve a refund when they came in Monday. I called several times over the next three weeks and kept being told the manager wasn't there, with no refund coming through. Eventually I called the Hilton Honors number and they got it sorted out. Don't be taken in by the fresh paint outside. There are other nearby hotels at similar prices with clean rooms and courteous, friendly staff. This place needs a complete renovation, or Hilton should remove it from its inventory.

I've booked this location more than once, and every stay has been amazing. The rooms are always kept in great shape. Shan is a wonderful front manager, welcoming and professional, and attentive to what guests need. I highly recommend staying here.

This place was affordable, clean, and pleasant, and I'd happily stay again. I paid twice as much at a nearby hotel the night before, and that one was much worse. The free breakfast was basic, just bread, boiled eggs, and bananas, but it was enough for me. I loved how clean and comfortable the hotel was.

Shann at the front desk is always so friendly, professional, and helpful. His service makes me feel welcome every time. I've stayed here many times, and each visit has been a great experience. The rooms are consistently clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the atmosphere is quiet and pleasant. The location is convenient, too.
