The beds were decent, and the room seemed clean enough apart from the bathroom. There was pubic hair in the tub, the furniture was beat up, and neither the shower nor breakfast got hot. The “hot breakfast” was a brown sack with a mini water bottle, mini juice, a miniature oatmeal cream pie, and a granola bar. People saying they got fruit got a better deal than we did, lol. I didn't get coffee. It was there with powdered creamer and sugar, and seemed just as appealing as breakfast. It could do in a pinch, but don't expect a good hotel.

The beds were comfortable, the one thing that kept this from being a one-star stay. For three people, the reservation only got us one towel, two washcloths, and hand towels. The room was mediocre, the charging ports didn't work, and the front desk service was really lacking. No smile or personality, and they could barely tell us where the room was. The place smelled terrible. We stayed one night on our trip and I wish we'd picked another hotel. We didn't even take the “complimentary breakfast,” which was just a brown paper bag. If it's grab and go, say that instead of offering breakfast without anything hot. Glad we only had one night. I couldn't have handled more.

We nearly turned around when we saw dirty, soiled mattresses stacked in the parking lot. They stayed there for the rest of our visit. We'd already paid and were exhausted after a long drive, so we checked in anyway. At the desk, the woman asked for proof of my service dog. I told her he's for my epilepsy and alerts me before a seizure, but she still asked. Her manager had to explain that she wasn't supposed to. Train the staff better. The room felt like a freshman dorm. There were only three thin pillows, no bedspread, just doubled sheets, and a lumpy, terribly uncomfortable bed. My wife and I are still recovering from it. There were creepy crawlers in the bathroom each morning, the fridge smelled awful, and the TV showed snow. It felt like 1985 at my grandmother's, bunny ears and all. The AC was as loud as a plane landing each time it kicked on. People who seemed to live there leaned over the balcony and talked loudly, like they were in the projects. And that advertised hot breakfast was a brown paper bag with fruit, a cookie, bottled water, and a granola bar. Stay somewhere else.

The room was in awful shape. The sheets had visible stains, there was a musty smell, and somebody else's clothes were under the bed. It was unsettling to see such poor attention to basic cleanliness. From the moment I arrived, the owners and front desk staff were rude and dismissive. They showed no professional courtesy or interest in welcoming guests, and met questions and concerns with indifference. Guest comfort and customer satisfaction clearly weren't priorities. Their lack of professionalism showed throughout my stay. I won't stay here again, and advise anyone who cares about cleanliness and basic hospitality to look elsewhere.
