Comfort Inn & Suites Peachtree Corners - Norcross

The room itself was badly dated, with marked-up furniture, stains across the carpet, and spots on the comforter. There was also a stale, musty odor throughout the building, from the elevator and halls to the room and stairwell. The tub was the worst of it: hair from earlier guests had completely blocked the drain, so shower water rose to my ankles and left a grimy film around the drain. At least parking was good, the location worked well, and check-in took under five minutes. Staff were efficient, though not very chatty. This was my first and last time here. I wouldn't recommend it.

Janie made me feel so welcome when I called to ask about the hotel. She knew the room details and prices inside out, answered everything with a smile, and was great with people. She even walked me over to show me a Jacuzzi room, which nobody has offered to do for me before, and brought me some orange slice water. There really wasn't anything she could've done better. I'll definitely stay at this Comfort Inn location in Peachtree Corners. Thanks, Janie!

The breakfast is BANGING, and the place is so peaceful. The supervisor at comfort inn Peachtree Corners norcross is VERY KIND, and the whole staff has manners and makes you feel welcome. They treat you like family here. If you ever have a problem with them, it was you, not them. These folks mind their business and do great business!!

I checked out in under an hour and asked for my money back, but the desk worker refused, so I packed up and left despite already having a tight schedule. I'd booked one night, and only went up to shower after checking in. That's when I found the toilet clogged. I asked for maintenance or another room, but the same disheveled woman who'd come stumbling out from the back after several minutes said there was no maintenance and no room change. She handed me a nasty plunger in a trash bag. I tried, but after getting splashed with disgusting toilet water too many times, I was done. The place smelled as soon as I entered, which should've been my cue to leave. It wasn't a cheap room, either. I emailed the "manager" and got a nasty reply that I still have a copy of. Someone else then reached out, promised to make it right, and asked me not to post a bad review. That person has since stopped answering my messages, and I still haven't been refunded. Now I'm forced to take legal action, and I'm also going to contact the county and the better business bureau.
