Weber's Restaurant & Hotels

Lunch with my coworkers at Weber's Restaurant today was much better than I expected. Everyone was really happy with the delicious food, and it was a relaxed spot to talk about work. I’d definitely come back.

For the restaurant only, not the hotel: this is a large, lively place and an easy five stars from me. There’s lots of seating, but weekend nights get busy, so groups bigger than two may have to wait for a spot. The service was friendly, the staff knew the menu, and their recommendations were good. We tried a bunch of things, and the crab cakes were my favorite by far, with big chunks of crab that I really appreciate.

We had such a good evening, and the refined setting with elegant live music in the background made dining here a real pleasure. It’s an accomplished steakhouse with a terrific atmosphere, and the team was welcoming and very well trained, just right for the place. The food was outstanding. We had escargot, clam chowder, beef stroganoff, ribeye with a loaded baked potato, banana bread pudding, chocolate cake, and Millionaire’s Coffee. Every dish was beautifully done. I’d give it seven stars if I could. A place like this sets a high standard, and when everyone meets it, the experience is even better.

The house salad is one of my top picks, especially with the berries and almonds, and I also love the Premium Rib. The Ribeye, New York Strips, and lobster are all favorites too. This is one of my favorite steak houses around Ann Arbor. It’s busy even on weekdays, which says a lot about how good it is. Highly recommend for a great steak dinner!
