I got a really good night's rest here, which is unusual for me when I'm away from home. The hotel was quiet, clean, and felt safe, with updated decor and a good location. The pool area and fitness center were great, too. Having an 11am checkout was much appreciated, especially with the option for early check-in or late checkout. I was traveling with my kids and was glad we could get a ground-floor room so we wouldn't disturb anyone below us.

The room and bed were nice, and the staff was pleasant, but we won't stay here again. The heating and air never worked properly, with cool air blowing most of the time. For the last three days, I had no hot water in the shower. I reported it and was told it was fixed, but it wasn't. Breakfast was so bad we couldn't eat it.

We were stranded in Indiana by the snowstorm and couldn't check in, but we were still charged. Best Western could have given us some kind of credit.

The front staff made me feel at home, greeting me warmly and helping whenever I had a question or request. Breakfast was great, too, with fresh fruit, cereal, eggs, and waffles among the options. Everything was delicious and well prepared, and there was something for different tastes. I had a fantastic stay at Bestwestern Annawan and would definitely return on my next trip. I highly recommend this motel for the breakfast and customer service.

At Bestwestern Annawan, breakfast had a wide selection, including fresh fruit, cereal, eggs, and waffles, all delicious and well prepared. The front desk staff were warm and accommodating, and ready to help with questions or anything I needed. They made me feel comfortable and at home. I had an excellent stay and highly recommend this motel for its breakfast and customer service. I'll choose this place again on future travels.
