The workers were nice, but the rooms were nasty. Check under the beds, too, there were random pants left underneath. The floor was dirty, the comforter had stains and cigarette holes, and the chair had mysterious marks. The desk was stained and chipped all over. The lobby downstairs smelled horrible. Breakfast was terrible, with hardly any options and a bad presentation. 2/10, I'd never come back.

We booked non-smoking rooms for a family trip, but they smelled strongly of weed when we arrived. The receptionist was incredibly rude when we pointed it out, and the hotel refused to fix things or refund us, even though the rooms weren't usable for our family. They took our money and left us without a place to stay. The whole experience was terrible and unprofessional, and it didn't feel family-friendly. Save your money and stay somewhere that respects guests and its own policies.

There was hair from other people around, which made it uncomfortable to spend the night. The room wasn't especially clean, though it wasn't completely filthy either, and they didn't provide soap or shampoo. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I spoke with Jay Patel, the morning shift agent, after checking into room 218. There were blood stains and soiled linens, holes in the walls, broken fixtures, and a hole in the bathroom door. The TV didn't work either. The room and property were deplorable and dilapidated, and the price was horrible for those conditions. Jay said they were fully booked and couldn't do anything, but I was welcome to check out. Later, someone I spoke with by phone told me to leave the property, so we did. There were sexual sounds coming from the rooms, and the smell was like something toxic. I found the conditions inhumane.
