Terell really stood out as the bartender and food and beverage manager. He was polite, professional, and always ready to help. The other employees we met were nice too, but he made a particular impression. The breakfasts were very good, and I’d recommend trying the pizza at the bar for dinner. Our stay was good. The room was nice, though the beds were only moderately comfortable and could use an upgrade.

The room itself was spacious and very nice, and the hotel was great. The problem was its position above the bar and parking lot. We were kept awake by heavy bass until at least 1 a.m., maybe later. Make sure you don’t get a room over the bar. I also wasn’t pleased that valet was the only practical parking option.

Rita, the front office manager, quickly resolved a billing issue for me, and everyone on staff was welcoming and friendly. I stayed on the Home2 side of this dual-branded Home2 Suites and Tru by Hilton. My room was very spacious and spotless, breakfast was decent, and I appreciated having a bar and restaurant, which Home2 properties usually don’t have. I was here for a conference in early 2026, and getting to the convention center on foot was annoying. It’s relatively close, but a lot of construction nearby meant blocked sidewalks and plenty of dust. That wasn’t the hotel’s doing, so I didn’t take off a star. I’d stay again once the work around there is finished.

Tyler was a real asset to Hilton. He handled a small issue with great professionalism and personally made sure his management team followed through. Great service!

Joel was off duty, but still personable and easy to talk with after a long day. Jerry at the front desk made check-in really easy and was extremely helpful. Wonderful customer service.
