The carpet was stained, covered in hair, and had burn marks all over. There was mold under the sink, a bullet hole in the shower window, and the air conditioner made a loud screech when switched on. When we checked it to see if we could fix the noise, it looked like it had never been cleaned. The room was disgusting. The front office staff were rude in person and over the phone. We wanted a refund and to move to another hotel, but the woman at the desk said we had to stay the night and wait because the manager was asleep. When we said the room was dirty and unsuitable for us, they said we got that particular room because we had a dog. We're reporting them. This place should be shut down.

The room decor impressed me so much it brought a tear to my eye. I've never seen such exquisite modern accommodations in a hotel. The beds were fit for kings, evenly spaced, and the sheets folded to precise measurements. When I turned on the huge flat-screen TV, the picture was so sharp I felt like I was inside it. Browsing all 25 channels changed my life. The bathroom was just as incredible: the apple cinnamon scent soothed my nose, and the golden throne, diamond-encrusted sink of youth, and ultimate tub of wetness nearly made my eyes explode. Even walking to the room, a strapping young lad offered free sugar despite me having no coffee. The front desk greeted us with big smiles and politeness, after all those well-dressed wealthy people strolling across the street had made me expect a good experience as soon as we pulled up. The place really wants you to feel at home. Just don't forget to lock your cars.

They quoted a regular rate of $100+ but offered a discounted $85 per night. Room 103 was filthy, with wall cracks and stained sheets, and I was told the front office guy swore nothing was wrong. The office staff were rude as hell. This place should be cleaned or closed by the health department, and I was told it didn't pass inspection. Do not stay there. This is the most disgusting place ever.

The staff went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed, and I'm very grateful for their kindness. The rooms are modest but liveable. It's one of the cheaper places in the area, so it works well if you suddenly need somewhere to stay overnight.
