The sheets had so much hair on them, it was obvious they hadn’t been changed, and I don’t think the place gets cleaned. There’s also an infestation of giant flying roaches, not the little German kind. If you’re on a fishing trip, I guess they could be bait, kidding. Mosquitoes will eat you alive while you’re trying to sleep, too. Don’t stay here, it isn’t worth it.

The rooms are a nice size for families, and the location puts you close to everything. The new owners have really refreshed the place and are very friendly. It’s charming, and you won’t be disappointed.

The manager was kind and helped make our visit smooth and comfortable. The motel was clean and had all the amenities our family needed. It’s also well placed near several good fishing lakes. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a motel in the area.

For a place that’s just okay, it’s a bit outdated. There was mold on the curtain, and the outside of the fridge and the cabinets looked dirty and need better cleaning. The TV also felt a bit small if you’re not a fan of 32-inch screens. Other than that, it was okay.
