Hilton Arcadia Los Angeles

The rooftop bar was a highlight. We loved the food and cocktails, and we'll be back. Everyone treated us like family and was so friendly. Fabian and Evelyn were both especially nice and did everything they could to make us feel special. The place smelled wonderful as soon as we walked in, and the rooms were beautiful and very clean. We also loved the lounge coffee in the morning and the texts checking in on us throughout our stay.

The team deserves more recognition, 10s across the board. Fabian was the best, Amelio was really helpful, and Dave was amazing from check-in onward. I loved the way he treated me and how he congratulated everyone working with him. Brittany was smiling and a great barmaid, and Carlos made me the best drink I've ever tasted. I loved the treatment from the whole crew. I'd booked this newly built property already feeling excited, and the ambience won me over as soon as I walked in. Clean and upscale. I'll come back once a month just to stay here.

The rooftop restaurant is wonderful, and the hotel's location is convenient. It's walking distance to several restaurants, a park across the street, and the horse racetrack. The restaurant food is good, especially the burger, and Carlos makes an excellent Old Fashioned. Fresh flowers in the lobby and on the tables are a nice touch. I've already recommended this place to colleagues who travel here, and I'll keep doing so. I've stayed three times in six weeks for work, and each visit has been positive. It's a brand-new property, exceptionally clean, and the staff's outstanding service is why I keep coming back. David is great. They're still getting equipment and processes in place, though, so that's why I rated it four stars for now. A few things could improve: there are no ice machines on guest floors, so you need room service to bring ice. The executive lounge is comfortable for working, but its coffee machine is often out of order, and there are no snacks, drinks, or happy hour offerings like I'd expect there. The showers need shelves for toiletries. It's frustrating there's no microwave, even in the lounge or common area.

The event team made our group feel special and caught the details, while Uber and Lyft pickups and drop-offs were seamless. Restaurants are easy to reach on foot, and the racetrack across the street is a nice extra. The rooftop bar is great for sunset, and the restaurant food was some of the best I've had at a Hilton. We held a team retreat here, and everything went smoothly. The modern design is beautiful, the amenities are top-notch, and the housekeeping stayed on point. The pool was quiet and relaxing, and the gym was exceptional, easily one of the best hotel gyms I've used, with everything needed for a solid workout. Hilton Arcadia Los Angeles is an outstanding new addition to the Hilton portfolio and sets a new standard. The whole team takes pride in their work, and it shows. This is not your average Hilton, and it's now one of my favorite hotels in the area. Highly recommend.
