Hilton Garden Inn Ardmore

The room was reasonably clean, though there was still hair on the bathroom floor. I got one large towel and one small one, and the smaller towel didn't seem like hotel quality. The Wi-Fi was slow, and I may not stay here again. I'm a Gold member, but my company paid for the room, so apparently I couldn't add my rewards number. I was told this Hilton is on a different network and has a different owner from some others. Breakfast also costs extra, unlike at most Hiltons or Hamptons I've stayed at. A couple of months ago the washer and dryer were broken, and they were still broken on this visit, a couple of months later. I needed to wash my work clothes both times.

I've stayed at nearly every Hilton from New Orleans through Texas, and the people here really impressed me. The whole crew was awesome, and the cook's food was great. If you're coming this way and want somewhere clean and well kept, this is the spot. Check out my photos, they say it all.

Digital check-in and the digital key made things convenient, and our room at the back of the hotel was very quiet. It's right off I35, which was handy. The hotel was clean, though the common areas could use updated flooring.

I was here for a week on business and the conversations with Becca helped me feel less homesick. She tended the bar after my long workdays and also handled behind-the-scenes tasks. Melvin made my mornings brighter, greeting me with lots of energy and remembering what I like for breakfast. I've traveled a lot and stayed in hundreds of hotels across all 48 states, and their hospitality really stood out. Thank you both for making the stay memorable!
