SpringHill Suites Ardmore

I asked for a refund right away and stayed somewhere else. The mattress was stained and absolutely disgusting, there was dirt on the floor, and the tub had missing enamel, rust marks, and nasty-looking grout. The outside looked shabby when we arrived, though I thought that might be understandable in winter. I chose a Marriott expecting the quality the name suggests, but this “hotel” was nowhere near that.

A pretty average stay, with decent rooms and polite staff. Nothing special stood out, but there wasn’t anything to be unhappy about either. The location is handy, right off the highway and near lots of businesses.

The pool was tiny, and the indoor pool room felt chilly. The front desk workers were on their phones whenever we were in the lobby, and we felt like we were bothering them when we needed to ask for anything. The windows were covered in handprints and marks, which made me question how clean the rest of the room was. On arrival during Thanksgiving 2025, I found dead bugs, gravel, and trash on the floor. I got a vacuum from the desk and cleaned it myself because the floors were so dirty. It was a very disappointing stay.

We had no complaints. The service and rooms were good, and the pool and spa were great.
