Comfort Inn & Suites Arlington Heights Schaumburg

I used to stay here often for work, but after my last visit I won’t come back. There was a domestic dispute with constant violence, and I was literally scared for my safety. I was so concerned that I called the police, though nobody else did. I told the manager afterward, since there’s no one at the front desk late at night. Somehow the police were able to get into the building. The manager said he’d reward me with points, but nothing came of it. They don’t seem to care about your safety or concerns. This place is a cesspool.

The outside looks nice, and the room was okay, but the bathroom was in rough shape, with peeling paint on the ceiling and parts falling apart. My sheets also had stains that looked like pee, lol. Breakfast was the usual eggs, pancakes, a banana, and cereal. Still, it was okay overall, with no bad smells or anything.

The staff were polite, hardworking, friendly, and efficient, and the other guests were respectful and quiet. Parking was adequate, too. The manager clearly cares about guest experience and meeting high standards. The property was clean, housekeeping was excellent, and the breakfast selection was good, with things cleaned up and replenished promptly. There are lots of hotel options, but this one should be near the top for a Chicago stay. Thanks for your kindness, patience, and for accommodating me during the busy holiday season.

Breakfast was good, and we found the room clean, comfortable, and a good size. My wife and I had a pretty good stay at this nice hotel in a very good location. The bathroom was modern and clean, though it could use some towel racks. It’s too expensive, so we may not return.
