The building is clean, well managed, and in an incredibly convenient downtown location, with everything close by. The amenities make everyday life comfortable, too. What really stands out is the staff: professional, responsive, and clearly invested in residents having a good experience. Jay and Jocelyn are especially great. They handle things efficiently and with care, go above and beyond, and make people feel valued. It’s a rare mix of professionalism and a warm, personal welcome.

The views are hard to beat, whether you’re looking at the river, city, or lake. Coast is a great place to live, with wonderful door staff, engineering, management, and leasing teams. It’s nice working with people who really care about making a difference for residents.

I’ve been here seven days now and love my place, the view, and my neighbors. Move-in could’ve been stressful, since several tenants were moving at once, but Rico coordinated with my movers and quickly came up with a Plan B. Jay was the first person I met, and showed me the unit in January. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. I moved in May 1st, just as planned. When Jay wasn’t available, Sara was a big help too, even giving me tips for avoiding Lower Wacker.

I’m thrilled to be moving out and wouldn’t recommend this building. I made the mistake of doing a virtual tour. There was construction in every common room, and most of the units were outdated. The kitchen island is a nice addition, except it’s in my living room. After moving in, I had to submit over five work orders. It doesn’t seem like they do a proper move-out checklist. When I decided to leave and relet my apartment, management accepted someone whose desired move-in date was almost 30 days after my desired move-out. That same day, I had a client ready to apply and take over that week.
