The place has thin walls and no connection inside the building, and the elevators are dirty. Hallways always stink, and roaches and bed bugs are in some apartments. Fire alarms keep going off around the middle of the night because a neighbor is always smoking weed or cigarettes. Management is terrible, and the security guards are rude, gossip about everyone, and sleep on duty. The building needs remodeling, and the area feels dangerous at night. This is the worst place to live.

BABYYYYYYY, if you come here, you’re either half dead or about to be! Roaches and mice get more respect than the tenants, and there are bed bugs everywhere. Matience told me to buy my own bed, so it could get infested too? No thanks! I’m leaving soon, my four-month stay is over.

Stay away from this place. They charged me a $450 application fee and promised it would be refunded if the application failed, but they never gave the money back. I spent two and a half weeks going back and forth on more than 50 phone calls just to get a big no. They walk you through everything and then reject you. Nothing went smoothly, and my experience was horrible. I definitely wouldn’t recommend going through what I did. Good luck.

I used to stay there back when it was nice. It was still nice before I moved, but now I hear horror stories about the place.

These are just one-room SROs, but you do get your own kitchen and bathroom. There’s 24-hour security, and the location is perfect for transportation and conveniences.
