Extended Stay America Suites Arlington

Chandani was a big reason we decided to extend our stay. She greeted us warmly whenever we saw her, offered help before we had to ask, and followed through on what she said she’d do. Her friendliness and care made the visit memorable and helped us feel comfortable. We were impressed with everything at your N. Watson Rd. location, and I especially wanted to recognize her. I can’t recommend the place enough. Best, Dave, Diego, and Raven (our Husky).

The inside and outside of Extended Stay America – Arlington (North Arlington) have been completely remodeled, and the place feels fresh, modern, clean, and well cared for. The changes show throughout the property. From check-in onward, the team was welcoming, attentive, and professional. Management runs things efficiently, and any question or request I had was handled quickly and with real care, which made the stay easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find this level of service alongside such impressive renovations. I highly recommend this location to anyone staying in Arlington.

I booked two nights and smoked in the room because I was stressed at the time. I understand being charged for that, but they charged me three separate times and I had to fight to get my money back. When I called my bank to dispute it, the charge mysteriously disappeared from view. I’d already taken a screenshot, of course. Be careful, these people will scam and steal from you.

The only nice thing was the two friendly stray cats in the parking lot that someone was feeding. We won’t stay again. Our reservation got messed up, and it took another half hour to get us into rooms. The shower ceiling had mold, and the door was dirty and chewed up along the bottom. The outside of the fridge was disgusting, covered in a brown-red liquid. People in our group found bugs and dirt in their sheets. 0/10.
