The attendants were polite and the rooms looked clean, nice, and livable, but I had a lot of trouble getting consistent information. I spoke with several people in one day, and each time I got a different answer. The young girl who took my ID even called after 11 PM to ask about my inquiry, around 12 hours after I had already been there. I had explained that there were five of us and that I needed a one-bedroom, but she said they had one and couldn't accommodate my party. I had spoken with her that morning! The older African American lady with her was nice too. So were the other people I spoke to, including a guy who sounded Hispanic, a white lady, and an Asian guy. They were respectful and courteous, but none seemed to remember speaking with me. I’m a licensed Master Cosmetologist, Licensed CNA, and Licensed CMA, and I remember who I’ve dealt with. 😔😂🤦🤷 I first came by last night after someone at the hotel where I was staying handed out flyers. The woman called, and the man who answered said they could accommodate my party and that the community was kid friendly. He said they were open 24 hours and I should come in, but when I returned that morning, a young man of Asian descent said the flyer had the wrong prices and listed other places for me to try. He confirmed that one and two-bedroom units were available, but wouldn't let me see one because of when I arrived. I came back during regular business hours and saw a one-bedroom and a studio. The one-bedroom would have worked for me and my three boys. My bigger concern is the environment. The room smelled overwhelmingly of weed, and the people in the connected unit were smoking. Air fresheners and plug-ins couldn't cover it, and my sons complained. The halls and community smelled the same. There was also a woman yelling that her car had run out of gas and asking for help, while children screamed and cried. I just moved here and should've found a place before arriving, but I'm going to tough it out. The Source (my Elohim) and I haven't failed me yet. It's hard to find a home or hotel here, though. Everything seems raggedy, run down, very expensive, over $5k or more, with strict qualifications. The trash cans were overflowing, and there were damaged cars and cars broken into in the parking lot. People were hanging around outside, children were running around without supervision, and the elevator didn't work. The one that was working wasn't working properly. They overcharge for in-person rates, and it felt drug infested. Every time we came by, there were different people outside smoking and drinking. If you're not hood, a drinker, or a smoker, I wouldn't call this a place for you or your family. Clean up the neighborhood.

My husband and I booked one night so we could stay near AT&T Stadium, but when we returned from a show, everything we had left in the room was gone. We contacted the police, who said this had happened before and that the building was regularly targeted. They also told us there had been reports of people being killed there. We left right away. I felt the place was unsafe, and I strongly warn others not to stay there. Your safety and belongings aren't worth the risk.

I've lived here for nearly two years, but things have gone downhill over the past few months. Management has been told about specific people who are known drug dealers living on the property, and nothing has been done. The other day, my son was offered drugs to buy. They know who the dealers are and still won't act, so I'm planning to move soon.

The front desk staff were very nice and efficient, and the location is convenient, close to Six Flags and AT&T Stadium with easy freeway access. But I wouldn't stay here again, even for free. I saw two separate drug dealers in the parking lot for over two hours, making transactions with different people who drove up. My room smelled like an ashtray, despite the property supposedly being non-smoking. The website photos also looked nothing like the actual rooms.

The large apartment had vaulted ceilings and a patio, and I didn't have to pay a deposit for my dog. We deep cleaned it ourselves. The location is great, weekly payments are affordable, and the front desk people are nice, until they're not. They only just put cameras up, so hopefully there'll be some accountability for people on and off the clock. For me, the positives outweigh the negatives.
