Intown Suites Extended Stay Arlington TX - Central

We stayed for two weeks and had no problems, apart from some noise from the room next door. They had an issue there, and maintenance came to sort it out. I later learned it was Greg himself, the manager. He also checked that our room was okay and comfortable. Great customer service.

We stayed in room 327 from November 19th to 27th and had already paid in full. On Thanksgiving Day we checked out and returned the key to Kevin. Even so, the hotel charged us twice for the same stay. We spent the day calling to reach the manager, Greg, but nobody answered or called us back. We’re only trying to get a duplicate charge resolved, and the hotel is ignoring us. Terrible billing follow-up and customer service. We wouldn’t stay again.

I booked a superior studio and was impressed by the check-in. The front desk clerk, I think his name was Greg, was extremely helpful and let me see the room first to make sure I was comfortable with my choice. If I have his name wrong, I apologize. I’d rate the experience 9/10. The location isn’t the greatest, but it’s a safe area and this place is a hidden gem, exceptional compared with other hotels I’ve stayed at in better locations.

They treated me like a real customer, and I have no regrets about staying at Intown Suites. Great price, affordable, and very cozy.
