Ryan at the front desk was excellent, professional and courteous. The hotel is right off the freeway, and the gym was adequate. It’s a little dated, but very clean, with good-sized rooms and a breakfast that had a nice variety. I’d stay here again if I’m in the area.

There’s a lovely Koi pond out front, and the staff were very nice. My sister lost her bag somewhere outside our room, and employees found it for her. The hotel itself is basic, and the rooms were decently clean. I booked after seeing the pool advertised as open 24 hours, but it actually closes at 10 p.m. It’s tiny, though the water was just right and not freezing like pools at a lot of hotels.

The only real snag was the huge walk-in shower, which had nowhere to set shampoo except a tiny soap holder. We wound up buying a shower caddy at Walmart. Apart from that, it was a pleasant stay, with clean rooms, friendly staff, a standard hotel breakfast, and a convenient location about an hour north of Seattle.

The room was spacious, pretty, and clean, with a comfortable bed, an amazing bath and shower, and an air conditioner that kept it very cool. We didn’t hear disruptive noise, so slept well. Meghan and the staff were hospitable, and we had a wonderful time with no complaints. I disagree with Ms. Hernandez that this isn’t family friendly. During our stay, a similar event was taking place and some floors were closed for it. We saw people in costumes in the hall and lobby, but nothing inappropriate or uncovered. Guests were happy, kind, and considerate, and nobody spoke crudely. Many of them were probably parents themselves and were careful about what they wore in public areas.
